Refund and Cancellation Policy

Any legislative rights which you may have as a Consumer are not influenced by these Terms. Specifically, you have the accompanying extra rights:

You reserve an option to drop services from us. We will require you acknowledgment on refund email to confirm that you are cancelling your order with Construction Help Centre. Hence settling your account with us in full.

Your payment includes administration fee. As a third party booking agent, we charge a fee for the management service we provide.

CITB Test Cancellation Policy :

The individual stepping through test ("the Candidate") is anyway answerable for going to the test place and stepping through the examination. Construction Help Centre isn't mindful of the Candidate doesn't show up at the test on schedule; if the Candidate neglects to take a legitimate verification of his ID to the test; if the Candidate bombs the test; if the Candidate decides to do an inappropriate kind of test; if the Candidate makes some other type of mistake according to the test or any related issues.

In the event that you want to reschedule the test you booked with us, you should get in touch with us by email: info@constructionhelpcentre.co.uk or by calling us on 020 8038 7063, before 72 hours of the test day and time giving us the First Name, Surname, Order Id, Invoice No.

You should inform us at any rate of 72 hours before your test date and time. On the off chance that you neglect to get in touch with us as set out above, you will be obliged to pay the full charge including any reserving expense or administrative expense.

Our CSCS card application help administration is anything but refundable assistance yet in extraordinary conditions, the board may give a discount at its caution to clients.

 

Cancellation, Reschedules and Non-Attendance Course Policy:

You will be eligible for a refund where the cancellation request is before (25) days of the course Date; to which cancellation requests are subject to a £25.00 administration and cancellation fee; this fee includes, but is not limited to, communication with the executives, cancellation of requested course(s) with the training provider and the refund process.

If you want to reschedule the course location, this may result in extra fees which you will be cover before we can reschedule the venue.

If you want to reschedule a course you need to give us at least 25 days notice. Not attending the course will result in giving up the course fee.

Construction Help Centre will not be held responsible for any reason that a candidate cannot attend the course- examples include bad weather, vehicle break down or any other reason that may stop the candidate from attending the day course.

 
Books and DVD delivery

Your ordered products will be dispatched same or next working day after receiving cleared payment. We will dispatch to the address that was provided in the ordering form on our website. Books or DVDs will be delivered by 1st Class Royal Mail delivery, and subject to the Royal Mail delivery service will normally be delivered within 3 working days after we have posted your order. We do not take any responsibility if you order incorrect product(s) from us or provide us with incorrect address information.

Return Policy

You have a right to return any book or DVD purchased on our website as well as to ask for a full refund of the price actually paid to us, providing you do so within 7 working days after the date of receipt of the goods.

Note: the period of 7 working day starts on the day we receive your payment. Books or DVDs must be sent to the following address:

We reserve the right to refuse to refund the product price or deduct an appropriate amount from a payment to be refunded if:

The product returned has been damaged or used.
If any parts of the training product are missing.
If the product was used or has any signs that it has been used.
If the DVD has been opened.
If the product has been returned or sent back after the 7 working day refund period
