This temporary card is available if you are a trainee and registered to complete a construction-related qualification. Applicants need to provide proof of registration for their qualifications. As a minimum, you are required to provide evidence from the college, University, or Professional Body to the individual that states their name (college, on headed/branded paper), the individual's full name, the Full course/qualification title of the NVQ/SVQ including level and the start date. All applicants must have passed the CITB Health, Safety, and Environment test within the last 2 years, at the relevant level for the occupation being applied for. This card is non-renewable.
